Here are some links to my favourite bands, labels, e-zines and other fine stuff on the web.

Momus. In a better world Momus would be the most famous popstar in the known part of the universe. But he isnīt.

Belle & Sebastian - every indiepop loverīs darlings. You know them, I assume.

Hefner. I love their latest album.

Popscene is a nice indiepop website with a hidden RealAudio mix tape archive. Ask Dan for the URL while you are there.

Liss Ard is a garden in Ireland where Nick Cave likes to stay when he needs to find some peace. Itīs here because I built the website together with a colleague. And because it has Nickīs “Into my arms” as a RealVideo file on it.

The Divine Comedy have a wonderful website where you can find out literally everything about Neil Hannon and his records. You can also ask questions and Neil answers them on the site from time to time.

Jeepster is the record label Belle & Sebastian are on. Go and check out their other bands. Then use the online ordering option to buy all the CDs they have ever released. You canīt go wrong.

Popscene with Jalal is a radio show in English on OK Radio Bremen. Itīs broadcast on the web live every tuesday night and you can listen to the recording throughout the week via Real Audio.

Popjourno. Home of the popjourno mailing list, which you should join immediately. Itīs not only about music but deals with everything pop, from movies to arts to literature. Itīs not as overcrowded as the well known indiepop mailing list.

Popping Sound. Run by Muser from Australia, this site has everything it needs to become a well frequented indiepop web address. Unfortunately it is hardly ever updated. Still worth a visit, though.
